Yoel is an experienced service and customer support manager in the medical device industry, specializing in sterilization and infection control products including: autoclaves, steam sterilizers, low temperature sterilizers (plasma), table top sterilizers, laboratory bench top autoclaves, vertical autoclaves, large capacity autoclaves, pre vacuum sterilizers, bedpan washers and washer-disinfectors for the medical, laboratory, dental and pharmaceutical production industries.

As the worldwide service and support manager for Tuttnauer, Yoel’s goal is to be the primary interface for Tuttnauer customers providing them support, training and service for Tuttnauer's line of sterilizers, autoclaves and washer disinfectors.
