Loading equipment for the 69 Large Capacity Autoclaves are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel material.

Rack & Shelves
Stainless steel electropolished trays equipped with rails for easy loading and unloading. The trays are sliding, extendable and removable.

Loading Cart & Transfer Carriage
The adjustable loading cart rolls from the transfer carriage onto the interior chamber tracks for easy handling of heavy loads. The transfer carriage is equipped with two swivel wheels, maximizing mobility in limited space. The transfer carriage is also equipped with wheel locks to stabilize the load, if needed.

Mounting
The sterilizer can be supplied in one of the following mounting alternatives:

• Recessed in One or Two Walls
• Free-Standing with a Stainless Steel Cabinet Enclosure (Side Panels)
• Seismic Tie-Down Kit

Steam Generator 
When house steam is unavailable, the autoclave can be provided with an external carbon steel electric steam generator.

Air Removal
All Tuttnauer models come standard with the ability to run either gravity or pre-vacuum cycles. A liquid ring vacuum pump, combined with steam pressure pulsing, evacuates air from the chamber. This improves your sterility assurance level and provides more effective drying.

Piping
The pipes and fittings are constructed from stainless steel and brass. The pneumatically operated valves significantly reduce maintenance, downtime and operating costs.

All stainless steel piping, fittings, and components are available for clean steam applications. Clean steam can be used for tissue culture work, sterile water preparation and other special processes.

Room Isolation Seals
To provide separation of dissimilar environments, the sterilizer can be fitted with the proper room isolation seal appropriately designed for the individual application.

• Bio-Seal Manufactured using a gasket material designed to prevent airborne contaminants from entering the clean areas of the facility.
• Air Differential Seal Manufactured using a gasket material designed to maintain a barrier between the load and unload side.
• Vermin Seal Manufactured using aluminum or stainless steel designed to prevent vermin from passing between areas.

Biohazard Exhaust Filtration Cycle
Tuttnauer sterilizers can be customized to meet the specific requirements of laboratories classified as BSL3/ ABSL3 where harmful pathogens and viruses that leave the sterilizer prior to disposal must be fully sterilized. The biohazard exhaust filtration cycle will sterilize chamber effluent prior to their release into the drain.

Disinfection/Isothermal Cycle
A flexible low temperature cycle enables disinfection. Temperature range settings are flexible within 70°C-95°C range.

F_o Cycle
F_o calculations begin when the slowest-to-heat load temperature sensor within the autoclave has reached a pre-determined set temperature. The cycle continues to calculate the F_o function until the pre-determined setpoint is satisfied.

Air Compressor
Where pressurized air is not available, the Tuttnauer compact, quiet compressor can be used to operate pneumatic valves and/or power doors.

Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System
Used when the local water supply exceeds the recommended water quality. Designed to supply ideal feedwater to the steam generator. This system is wall mounted and includes an appropriately sized storage tank.
