Repair service, whether warranty or non-warranty is provided through a network of Independent Authorized Service Centers, beginning with your dealer. All dealers authorized to sell Tuttnauer products are also authorized to service these products. Should your dealer be unable to provide you with service, then you can choose from any of the many other Full Service Dealers or Service Only Centers that are available to you.

Tuttnauer USA Co. maintains a fully staffed Technical Service Department to provide complete back up support for the field technicians servicing your Tuttnauer product. Should a field technician need help trouble shooting a problem Tuttnauer has technicians ready to offer assistance over the phone. If need be the authorized dealer or service center can send the unit to our Hauppauge, NY facility for repair.
Tuttnauer USA Co. also, maintains a complete Spare Parts Department ready to ship replacement parts to your authorized dealer or service center within 24 hours, in most cases parts are shipped the same day.
