Tuttnauer USA provides a wide range of installation options for our clients. Many customers (end-users/contractors) require different types of installations in order to accommodate the varying job conditions existing in today’s marketplace. Tuttnauer offers both union and non-union labor, and can provide on sight supervision to perform, oversee, and assist the installation process. Please ask about our wide variety of installation options that Tuttnauer is prepared to offer.


Maintenance and Service

Tuttnauer USA recommends full service quarterly preventative maintenance contracts, but can tailor a plan to meet the demands of any facility. It is suggested that all equipment be purchased with a plan of some type to both keep the equipment running smoothly and maintain the factory warranty. In addition, we employ a large network of nationwide, factory-trained service professionals. Here at Tuttnauer, we aim to minimize unscheduled downtime, maximize the life of our product, and provide cost-effective solutions based on our client’s needs. We also use non-proprietary components on all of our autoclaves, making it easy for our customers to find and purchase affordable replacement parts.

  • You can also purchase parts directly from our facility, located in Hauppauge,NY.  We stock a large inventory of autoclave essentials and employ a dedicated service team to assist you in any and all areas of your sterilizer.
