An optimized program for every load

The Bulk Series comes with a total of 14 programs (up to 20 customizable) which includes gravity cycles, pre-vacuum cycles, liquid cycles and two test programs: Air Removal and Vacuum Leak. All programs are fully customizable to suit the specific needs and requirements of the end user.

Advanced Sterilization Cycles

Program	Description
F0 Cycle	F0 calculations begin when the slowest-to-heat load temperature sensor within the autoclave has reached a pre-determined set temperature. The cycle continues to calculate the F0 function until the pre-determined set point is satisfied.
Thermal Effluent Sterilization Cycle	Can be customized to meet the specific requirements of facilities classified as BSL3/4 where harmful pathogens and viruses that leave the sterilizer prior to disposal must be fully sterilized. The thermal effluent sterilization cycle will sterilize chamber air and wastewater prior to their release into the drain.

Floor Loading Cart
Pit mounted bulk autoclave models can be configured with a floor loading cart. We offer a universal design with adjustable shelves and full mobility. Typically, smaller bulk autoclave models are provided with one full-length cart, larger models with two half-length carts.

Drop Wheel Loading Cart
Floor mounted bulk models can be configured with a drop wheel loading cart, eliminating the need for a transfer carriage. This system is often utilized when space is limited and provides a convenient loading and unloading experience.

Loading Cart and Transfer Carriage
Floor mounted bulk models can be configured with a loading cart and transfer carriage. The adjustable loading cart rolls from the transfer carriage onto the interior chamber tracks for easy handling of heavy loads.

Can be recessed in one or two walls or as a free-standing unit with a stainless steel cabinet enclosure.

Air Removal
All Tuttnauer models come standard with the ability to run either gravity or pre-vacuum cycles. A water ejector or liquid ring vacuum pump, combined with steam pressure pulsing, evacuates air from the chamber. This improves your sterility assurance level and provides more effective drying.

Includes stainless steel piping, fittings, and components.

Room Isolation Seals
To provide separation of dissimilar environments, the sterilizer can be fitted with the proper room isolation seal appropriately designed for the individual application.

Bio-Seal
Manufactured using a gasket material designed to prevent airborne contaminants from entering the clean areas of the facility.

Air Differential Seal
Manufactured using a gasket material designed to prevent the flow of air from one area to another.

Vermin Seal
Manufactured using aluminum or stainless steel designed to prevent rodents from passing between areas.
